The Durham Association of Boys & Girls Clubs are delighted to be hosting the NABGC Annual Conference at Ramside Hall Hotel on the outskirts of the historic city of Durham on Sunday 28th September 2025. Invitation to the National Association of Boys Clubs Annual National Conference

Durham Association (DABGC) is delighted to have been chosen to host the National Association of Boys and Girls Clubs Conference and Awards Evening for 2025. We would like to welcome you to join us at the prestigious Ramside Hall Hotel, Durham on Sunday, 28th September 2025, in what promises to be a memorable occasion. This event is for staff, board members, volunteers, and youth workers from your clubs and projects.
We look forward to providing an exciting agenda, with inspirational speakers, including Dr Mona Dixon from the USA, and England International Cricketer Ryan Sidebottom. We will also have informative workshops, exhibitors, and the opportunity to network and connect with fellow workers, and explore Global Links with World Youth Clubs.
We highly recommend an early booking for your chosen Option and a Booking Form is attached for your information and early completion. Please note that costs for Conference Delegates are subsidised to encourage and support attendance.
Options are as follows:
- For Delegates only attending the Day Conference, which includes lunch, the cost is £30 per person.
- For Delegates who attend both the Day Conference and the Awards Evening, which includes a three-course meal with wine on the table, the cost will be £50
per person. - A limited amount of overnight accommodation will be available on the Sunday evening and includes breakfast & limited access to Spa facilities. The package
of Day Conference plus Awards Evening plus Overnight Accommodation is £120 per person based on 2 people sharing a double or twin room, with a supplement of £20 per person for those wishing to occupy a room on a single basis. - Places are also available for Non-Delegates at the Awards Evening at a cost of £50 per person.
